Understanding the energy label
The energy label shows how efficient an air conditioner is at cooling (SEER) and at heating (SCOP), calculated using average European climate conditions.
For heating, the rating for the average climate zone is shown first and is used as the official reference. Some models also show efficiency for warm and cold zones. This lets you compare running costs between different units before you buy.

Professional installation and support
Split air conditioning systems containing R32 refrigerant must be handled by a suitably F-Gas certified professional. Our team can advise on siting, installation and safe commissioning.
You will receive a full handover covering the remote control, Wi-Fi controls, heating and cooling modes, filter reminders and ongoing support.
Choosing the right output for your room
Cooling output should be matched to the room. As a rough guide, 2.6 kW suits smaller bedrooms, 3.5 kW suits rooms up to around 22 square metres, 5.3 kW suits larger living rooms and 7.0 kW suits big open-plan spaces. We will confirm the right size during your survey.
